Darren goodale is a workshop veteran having worked with the Therapeutic Drum Foundation, the moving center with the work of Gabriel Roth, Jill Purse healing voice, clowning workshops with Didier Danthois and physical theater and mime with Desmond Jones, shamanism with Chris Sothall, Osho Leela ,drama and drama therapy and many more. All luminaries in the field of personal development and spirituality. He was diagnosed with a mental heath condition in 1995 and although he has had hard times, still maintains it has made him more compassionate as a person, more willing to give and receive. He continues to fight against the stigma of mental health sufferers, and sees the parallels of spiritual/emotional development along with the condition. Darren has been a fan of the American poet Robert Bly since the early nineties, plays drums and sings in a band and also enjoys writing poetry and English and Italian cooking.
